L'Occitane

Shaving Product Review - L'Occitane en Provence "Eau des Baux" and
Barrister and Mann "Cheshire"

I can't help myself - I'm still trying combinations and ending up with L'Occitane en Provence Eau des Baux #balm, #deo and #EdT in my rotation...

Check out my full review of Eau des Baux or the follow-up shave with Barrister and Mann Lavanille soap. Today I went a different direction and used #BarristerMann Cheshire with the #Loccitane goodies. Sure, it's an earl grey tea scent but the notes of bergamot, clary sage, lavender and patchouli seem to work very well with it. Though in the interest of full disclosure, the tub was very handy when I reached into the closet and just rolled with it...

Hardware today consisted of the #Merkur #Futur razor with a #PolSilver blade on shave two and dialed up to "3" on the aggression scale... I've been really missing more aggressive (efficient) razors of late since I've used the Feather AS-D2 and Mühle R89 for a couple of weeks now. The Standard is up there, but nothing beats the Futur in my stable (except maybe the Mühle R41). Mission accomplished, and a Monday shave to boot... Needless to say, a BBS shave was had, effortlessly. The #BSB Shaving Brush made quick work lathering up in the #GTP scuttle.

I can't seem to get enough of L'Occitane en Provence Eau des Baux so bear with me if you see it often. It's a great scent and I'm hooked.
