Shaving Product Review - Chiseled Face "Summer Storm"

With the smell of the fresh cut lawn lingering from the weekend and a heavy rainstorm forecast, the SOTD called for Chiseled Face Summer Storm #soap and #aftershave!

I did an extensive first impression and follow-up SOTD review of Summer Storm so I won't get into it too extensively today... But it worked out so well going into it with a full weekend's worth of growth today. Instant, copious lather with plenty of cushion and glide to go around - and the scent and its strength brought a smile to my face. Indeed, after applying the aftershave, things just got better. My face feels super smooth, soft and moisturized/nourished. Can't ask for more than that. I'm glad I recently picked up Santa Paula Citrus as well, to add to my Chiseled Face arsenal. That combo's a treat too. I'll definitely be picking up more from this artisan in the future.

Hardware today consisted of the #StandardRazors razor fit with an aging #PolSilver blade on shave five from last week. I almost changed it for a fresh one, but I hate to lose a shave on a blade that's still good - and good it was! Super smooth, BBS results. The #SOC brush did the nasty in the #GTP scuttle with the suds, which kept things warm and comforting for the duration.
