Shaving Product Review - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements "The Beach"

Today's SOTD brought to you by my first PAA product and what got me hooked... The Beach! After floating in the pool like a rotisserie chicken all weekend getting my tan on... It was overdue!

The software as mentioned - was The Beach from #soap to #aftershave to #deo. I love complete lineups like this (I wish there were more matching deos!). It seems like only yesterday when I picked up this scent, and it was so spot-on - with performance to match... It started me on the ever-deepening rabbit hole that is #PAA. Even though it wasn't that long ago, this is rockin' the old school with HTGAM labeling as well as Synergy v1.0/1.5 soap. Even the deo still has live enzymes which at first I missed in the new formulations, but in retrospect - it's good that it's gone. The new formulation is much, much smoother and easier to apply. This stuff, by comparison, is like sandpaper. But it works - and is tenacious!

The hardware was the #Mühle #R41 razor with a second shave on the #Gillette 7OCB blade. It was so good; I was done with only two passes! The brush duty fell to my neglected #Dovo silvertip badger while the #GTP scuttle held onto the suds.

Smelling totally like The Beach today!
